Mr L rocks!!! We LOVE him!! =)Im having the POST-superfunkies last recording syndrome!!
I went for the last 2 episodes of funkies recording wif Bing, Germ and the rest consisting of Siihua, Elynn and Clarrissa. Thanks girls for the company! U guys rock! =) And thanks to those who turned up and supported Leon.
Took cab down to mediacorp. It was cheap. only $5.30. lol. The cabbie was damn funnie.
Heres the conversation:
Me: Im goin mediacorp.
Cabbie: Where is mediacorp?
Me: (stunned) Err..at Lornie Road there.
Cabbie: ooo..okok. i know i know. get in.
Me: U reallie noe ma?
Cabbie: Yes. at the Shell petrol station there ma. Andrew Road there.
Me: Yes. Correct. But i nv been there so not very sure bah. lol.
The cabbie damn cute rite. I asked the Cabbie issit very difficult to get cab at night at mediacorp. he say dont worry, shld be easy to take at the taxi stand. juz dont go to the big roads. lol. Came back double charge also not tht ex. $8 plus. hehe..
The recording lasted till 12 plus am. Nv expect it was tht long. Keep NG-ing and re-taking. zz..Chanel still asked if we got sth on at nite coz they might record till v late as its the last recording. But the acapella reallie make me wanna sleep lor. dunno retake how many times. grr..I reallie cant say much the contents here as it will still be aired in weeks time, so i'll juz mentioned some memorable parts bah.
Leon is reallie very sweet. He keep thanking flfc. and also sbza.
I reallie wanna tell him how much he rocks! Hes juz too sweet to his fans to be true.
Then he keep lookin out for his fans during the recording. Aww! =p
At the beginning, he even asked if anybody haf the fc tee. So me, Germ and Bing said YES! we stood up and showed him. lol. famous liao. He even joke abt the 2 bucks! lol. He very cute lah. as always =p
I like Bing and Germ's board lah. So eye-catchin!
I like Leon, Sugi, JY, William's rendition of 'Qing Yi Nong' by Jacky Cheung. So nice tht i even recorded down. hahas..
Then Bing told me got one guy who came in look like Sly. sitting infront of us somemore. I was stunned. "Why is Sly doin down here?" probably lookin for someone we reckoned. So many heads turned lookin at Sly lor until i think until he very paiseh, go and sit elsewhere. lol.
After the recording, some cried. Chanel was the first to cry. then followed by Sugi. then fans also cried. i felt abit sad also lah but i din cry.
So after everything, we went back to the reception area waiting to mob Leon. lol. but Sly appear first. so Germ asked me to go take pic wif him lo although its in the dark. thanks to those staff there who switched off the lights at the reception. -_-"
Then Chanel came out first, followed by Silver. Then we received a false alarm frm ppl sayin tht Leon is at radio gate. then we quickly rushed back to reception. Leon was abt to come out then!! Then he kena mobbed by us. hafta slowly wait for our turn to take signature and photos wif him. but its all worthit. He entertained us wif his lame-ness! hahas. Then took many many pics!! individual and fc photos. Bcoz of the time and it was almost 2am..many need to go home, we quickly asked leon to take photos wif us...he said okok! So nice lor! I mean so many ppl asking to do so many things at one time, he still agreed to take wif us first. Thts wad make our Mr L so special. Once again, HE ROCKS! =) I wonder hw wld the pics turned out. laO ma! faster online and send me the pics!!! =p Will post up the pics on friendster once i got it.
Hope Leon had finished reading the note i gave him and the Coke flfc gave him. hahas.
What a memorable night. I will nv forget. His love for us.
