My mark-chay-lookalike came tdy again. one of my always full of 'thank-you's and cutest-cute patient of all time =]well, actually he came last week also. but he looked like he was having a bad day tht day but still lookin so suave in his formal shirt. guys wif good built always look better wif formal wear. agree? *nods vigorously* and so there were two loud sec sch girls sitting infront of him while waitin for medicines as well, were obviously staring at him when he made his payment. anyway he gave me a shock when he came to lulu's counter, and when he came over he said a 'hi' and gave me a smile. heh so sweet when a patient rmbs u. lulu even tot he was my sec sch fren. ha. when face wif this kinda situation, im always the shy one. heh. hes so cute and ok, hot. =x minus off the cigarette hobby, of course :D
i always get those unexpected scenarios.
expected ones always dont happen, sadly.
maybe i shldnt haf so much expectation, afterall.
