The Straits Times - 5/11/05I like the report on the first page of Recruit 'Be a "Social Animal"'.
It speaks abt our social behavour when working. how ppl treat each other when it comes to working life. After reading it, i did some reflection on myself. Am i competent and "fit" enuff to be in the workforce if im not gonna do anything abt my behaviour now. It got me thinking.
Im like tht now: -
1. Bo chap. cant be bothered wif ppl i cant stand.
2. I try to avoid talkin to these kind of "stuck-up ass".
3. I dont button-up ppl. esp the popular ones. ('do you think i care')
4. I dont delibrately socialize wif these grp of ppl.
5. I tot i can breeze thru wif "this kind of life".
6. I can be nasty to certain grp of ppl i dont like.
I realized thts not the case when comes to working where the world is so diff.
I think my sch is some kind like the "working world" alrdy. too much shit.
The article tot me alot of things.
I muz learn to be a "social animal" frm now on.
Be nice to everyone i see.
Be it ure short, fat, ugly, pretty, old, young, kind, hypocritical, stuckup..i'll all be nice.
The key to success: "U expect wad u get. Be treated like how u treat others".

"if u call he/she nice, then ure nice"

My friends haf been asking and telling me stuff like 'how many "hubbies" do u haf?", "u like alot of ppl eh", "how many idols do u haf huh? like countless". So for convenience wise, i shall reveal the names of my idols aka "hubbies" here so tht i dont get "harrassed" by all these qns. lol.
