Talked to our dear gerard tdy.he's in soo highly gd mood.
well, he spoke to me abt my work and he told me he understand if im still not tht fast yet coz its my first "perm" job and im still new to it and its not like schooling anymore. he sounded really happy and sincere juz now. will try my best to keep up wif the go. thanks dear gerard for his understanding.
Im starting to get the hang of how to deal wif customers.
one thing i love abt tis job is the service part. i love to help and service ppl. at least i noe thts wad i wanna do even in the future. customer service is a great opportunity for me build up my experience.
the negative of tis job is all the admin shyt which i aint gonna elaborate. lol.
im accepting my lot. here, fate lies in my hands. u all shall be my witness.
